FMCA INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION - REDMOND, OR - Aug 11-14, 2010
The
PRVVC Marketplace Booth
Application
for the FMCA International Convention, which will be located in Redmond,
OR on August 11-14, 2010 is currently available here.
 A 50% deposit must be received with the application no later than April 15, 2010 in order to reserve space. Final payment is due April 15, 2010. All applicants must be current PRVVC members in good standing with dues paid for 2010 (Due 01/01/10).
Although you submit an application for the marketplace, you must also complete the 'Exhibit Space Contract' furnished in the FMCA registration packets, which will be mailed to you directly from FMCA. On the 'Exhibit Space Contract', in the section asking for your booth preference, write in PRVVC. Do not include booth payment to FMCA as you have already submitted this payment to PRVVC.
Any
other FMCA registration materials must be completed and returned to
FMCA directly, such as exhibitor live-in forms (with additional
fees for electric if selected), badge requests, insurance
certificates, etc.
