2012 ELECTION INFOThe PRVVC Nominating Committee will be initiating procedures soon to facilitate the election of Chapter Officers in 2012. We are now seeking members who are interested in having their name placed in nomination for any of the offices listed below. Two year offices open for nomination include: President Treasurer VP International Area VP Northeast Area VP South Central Area VP Great Lakes Area VP Rocky Mtn. Area VP Western Area National Director Alternate National Director In order to maintain the level of benefits provided by the Chapter, and to expand on these benefits, it is requested that you seriously consider participating as an officer. Officers are asked to attend Executive Board meetings at various rallies throughout the year, as well as general membership meetings. It is understood, due to the membership being represented from coast to coast that not all officers will be available to attend all meetings. Communication will take place by telephone and email so that all officers are kept informed of chapter actions. Members may hold no more than two (2) offices. Candidates must be Chapter members in good standing and must have a Family Membership in good standing with FMCA. If you are interested in running for office, please complete the PRVVC Nomination Form (available soon) and return it to the Nominating Committee Chairperson listed on the form by May 1, 2012. Forms may be delivered in person, by email or by USPS. Forms are also available at the PRVVC Website @ www.prvvc.com.Ballots will be mailed to the general membership on June 1, 2012, and must be returned to the Ballot Chairperson by August 1, 2012. A stamped, addressed return envelope will be provided for ballot return.
